Global Shipping Policy for All Gentrail Orders

Gentrail offers reliable worldwide shipping services for all men’s apparel, tailored suits, leather bags and matching accessories. We adhere to standardized cross-border shipping procedures to ensure safe, intact and timely delivery of every order to customers across the globe. Please read the complete shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Free Shipping Policy

In line with our brand service commitment, Gentrail provides unlimited free worldwide shipping for all orders, with no minimum order amount required. There are no hidden logistics fees, fuel surcharges or remote area delivery fees for any destination country and region.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders require systematic verification, quality inspection and professional packaging before dispatch. We strictly follow the processing schedule below:

  • Standard Order Processing: 1-3 business days after successful order payment
  • Note: Weekends and local public holidays are not counted as business days and will not affect normal order processing priority.

3. Global Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframe

We cooperate with mature international cross-border logistics providers to cover mainstream regions worldwide. The actual delivery time depends on destination country, local customs clearance efficiency and regional logistics distribution speed.

Standard International Shipping (Default Free Shipping Method)

  • North America & Europe: 7 – 12 business days
  • Southeast Asia & Oceania: 5 – 9 business days
  • Other global regions: 10 – 18 business days

Expedited Shipping (Paid Optional Service)

We support expedited shipping upgrade at checkout for customers with urgent demands. Expedited orders can shorten overall delivery time by 3-5 business days, with real-time logistics tracking available throughout the whole journey.

4. Order Tracking & Logistics Inquiry

  1. Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with official tracking number and tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
  2. You can check real-time logistics status anytime via our website tracking entrance or official logistics platform.
  3. If no logistics update is detected for more than 5 consecutive business days, please contact our customer support team for manual logistics investigation.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by destination customs authorities. These fees are borne by the buyer independently, as we have no control over regional customs policies and tax standards.

Gentrail will declare goods according to standard cross-border customs requirements to reduce customs clearance risks for your orders. If your parcel is detained by customs, please cooperate with local customs to complete clearance procedures actively.

6. Order Modification & Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can modify shipping address, product specifications or cancel your order for freebefore order shipment.
  • Once the parcel enters logistics transportation, no address modification or order cancellation is supported due to international logistics limitations.
  • Please double-check your shipping information including recipient name, detailed address, postal code and contact number before completing payment to avoid delivery failure.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the logistics company, we offer two solutions for your choice: full unconditional refund or free re-delivery of identical goods.

Damaged Goods During Transportation

All goods are packed with shockproof and waterproof materials. If you receive damaged or defective products caused by logistics transportation, please provide unboxing videos and product damage photos within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, and we will arrange after-sales solution free of charge.

Undeliverable Parcels

Parcels returned due to incorrect recipient address, unsuccessful delivery or unclaimed pickup will not be eligible for free re-delivery. Customers need to bear the secondary shipping fee for re-delivery.

8. Special Shipping Reminders

  • Remote islands and remote areas may generate extra logistics delays, which are beyond our logistics control.
  • Severe extreme weather, regional strikes and public emergencies will lead to unavoidable logistics delays, and we will not take corresponding liability for such force majeure factors.
